- Why you return
- You provide the purchase order number, item number and number of units you want to return.

I can’t find a product or a useful supplier, what do I do?
Here it is important to distinguish;
- Is your purchase a one-time purchase and for a small amount, then you simple buy the product where you can find it yourself, or you can ask us for help. These one-time purchases must always be paid for by card. We will not receive invoices and create suppliers in our systems for a single purchase.
- If it is not a one-time purchase and / or deals with purchases and larger amounts, then you must contact us and we will guide you on how to complete your purchase. At the same time, we keep track of the need and bring the input to Sourcing when they are evaluating existing agreements or negotiating new agreements. Thus, in that way we help each other to ensure that we provide the supply that you need in the business.
